Regina’s Grocery is an Italian deli, located in Brooklyn, famous for its high-quality meats and locally sourced breads. Expanding beyond New York for the first time, the brand needed to introduce itself to Miami and build awareness in a new market.

I developed and executed the full go-to-market strategy for the Miami launch — building the brand's local presence through PR outreach, community partnerships, events, and a digital footprint that brought the Brooklyn original to a new audience.
