Orilla is a trendy Argentinean restaurant led by world-renowned chef, Fernando Trocca. I helped them launch a sister location in Miami by developing a robust marketing plan in order to generate awareness in the new market while making the proper cultural adaptations.
Coming in as the first marketing hire, I developed and executed a full 360° launch campaign — building the brand's digital presence from scratch, directing photo and video production, managing PR outreach, and creating community through local partnerships, influencer programs, and events. The launch exceeded sales targets within the first three months and established Orilla as a recognized name in the Miami dining scene.
