A modern take on Japanese dining, JINYA is best known for its signature ramen — broths simmered in-house for 20 hours, served across the U.S. As two independent franchise groups expanded across DMV, Georgia, and South Carolina, they needed someone to build the marketing function from the ground up and create a local strategy that could build genuine community within a national brand framework.
Coming in as the first marketing hire across both groups, I built and owned the full marketing operation — from new store openings and seasonal campaigns to third-party delivery strategy and a year-round activation calendar. Partnering with agencies, local teams, landlords, and headquarters to generate awareness, increase guest visits, and drive sustained revenue growth across all markets.
